- How can I register for one of the courses?
All you have to do is select the course you want and fill in the online enrollment form with the details of yourself and the company that you want to collaborate with.
- Do I need to pay an additional fee for the internship agreement?
No, the price includes the course and the agreement.
- How long will it take for all the documents to be ready?
Upon receiving payment within 1-2 working days, we will have them ready.
- For how long can I do my internship?
You can do them simultaneously with the theoretical part of the course, with a maximum of 180 days, or sign up for the course and manage the internship later.
- Is the internship obligatory?
Yes, because to obtain your certificate, you need some real-world practice!
- Where can I do my internship?
With our courses, you can do your internship in any country you want; all we need is the company’s details.
- Will I have to come to any campus for any exams or follow-ups?
No, all our courses are 100% online, so all you need to do is follow up your tasks on the online platform!
- If I want to cancel my course, what should I do, and can I get a refund?
You can desist the study agreement during the 14 days after the payment for the program is made, and always before the commencement date, by sending an email to practicas@htlescueladeempresaonline.com. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded, less 50 euros for administrative expenses.
- Will I get a certificate after finishing the course?
Yes, of course! Upon your successful completion of the course, you will receive your certificate.
